冷再生是一種與熱再生相對(duì)應(yīng)的瀝青混合料再生施工方法。冷再生法是利用大功率路面銑刨機(jī)在原路面上對(duì)路面混合料進(jìn)行碾磨、挖除、破碎,同時(shí)加入穩(wěn)定劑、水泥、水(或乳化瀝青)和骨料進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拌合,用路面攪拌機(jī)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拌合,碾壓成型。冷再生施工主要用于低等級(jí)路面的修復(fù)。在對(duì)道路進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)工作時(shí),我們需要對(duì)原先的道路進(jìn)行清查,以確保在冷再生機(jī)出租之后進(jìn)行道路養(yǎng)護(hù)工作中可以順利進(jìn)行。

冷再生技術(shù)適用于大部分瀝青混凝土舊路大修與改建工程。先需要對(duì)舊路進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)查,主要包括以下內(nèi)容:

冷循環(huán)涂層的性能與混合料的級(jí)配有著顯著而密切的關(guān)系,如果舊骨料中總粒徑大于等于4.75mm(<40%)的骨料含量過(guò)低,則加入新的分級(jí)骨料;如果舊材料中總含量超過(guò)4.75mm(>80%),則會(huì)導(dǎo)致細(xì)材料(尤其是小于0.6mm的骨料)對(duì)空腔的填充不足。由于混合料的強(qiáng)度較低,因此有必要在冷凍再生混合料中添加一種稍有級(jí)配的細(xì)骨料,以形成分選良好、密實(shí)的骨架結(jié)構(gòu),提高混合料的強(qiáng)度。但這樣無(wú)疑會(huì)增加冷再生結(jié)構(gòu)層的成本,需要在與新結(jié)構(gòu)層進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)比較后實(shí)施。
